Metropolitan Roofing was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. I received multiple bids before selecting Metro for their price, thoroughness and willingness to work with my requests. They put me on the schedule quickly and had a full crew complete the tear off and install (OC shingle roof + fascia) in less than a week. The company they contracted with for gutters (Allstar Gutter & Son) was also professional and kept an open line of communication.

We got three quotes, and Metropolitan Roofing was right in the middle, so very competitive, and we chose them because they were extremely professional and responsive. Then, during the job, they really took the time to clean up after each work day and to check in with us about how things were looking so that we could make sure our Airbnb guests didn’t have trouble getting to their unit through the construction zone. Showed up on time. Respectful of surrounding plants and gardens. Crew showed up on time. They were friendly and cleaned up each day after they worked. Marcos did a wonderful job managing the project. He even had to come back on a Saturday to fix temporary coverings that blew off in unexpected wind. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
